Seeing as we've not seen so many of you this year I thought I'd share some random pictures from 2020 to help pass some time during your Christmas break!
Let's start pre-Covid, a time when "social distancing" meant "you're annoying, it's time for us to spend some time apart". New Year's Eve 2019!
Look at all these kids trading germs!
The year started with our annual trip away with friends. This year we were in the Cotswolds. It's lovely seeing all the kids get along and hang out together.
Oli's violin playing is coming along so he joined in our little string quartet.
February saw us pay a fun visit to Harry Potter World. It was very cool, highly recommend it if you haven't been.
Aidan doing some cub stuff.
Dad and I cycled to Portsmouth and back for my birthday, just as "lockdown talk" was beginning to surface!
BOOM! Then lockdown hit and family get togethers and birthdays started to look a lot different!
Get togethers with friends involved tape measures!
School was closer to home! The boys were awesome throughout.
Luckily for us we took on an allotment in late 2019.
We made the most of the fact your were allowed to visit allotments as much as you want in lockdown. Attack!
Aidan took great pride in caring for the sweetcorn!
Which turned out to be an absolute triumph!
